Dudjom Tersar Teachings and Empowerment in Ho Chi Minh City

From October 17 to 21, 2026, Lama Sonam Tashi Rinpoche of Ngagyur Dundul Raptenling Monastery in Odisha, India, gave Dudjom Tersar teachings and transmissions in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Rinpoche came at the earnest request of devoted students there. This visit came after the sacred ceremonies in Hanoi earlier in the month.

Transmissions and empowerment

Over five days, in Ho Chi Minh City, Rinpoche gave:

• the oral transmission (lung) and instructions on the concise preliminary practices (ng√∂ndro) of the Dudjom Tersar
• the oral transmission of Tr√∂ Chung and the tsok (feast offering)
• the empowerment (wang) and oral transmission of Khandro Orgyen Norlha

Prayers and teachings for the sponsors

For the sponsors, Rinpoche also did one hundred recitations of the Changbu practice. He also gave Dharma teachings for modern times.
